Workout For Restless Legs!

go Today’s workout was very challenging for me, especially the hamstring curls and pistols! I didn’t time myself as I wanted to concentrate on proper technique. I am still getting to grips with the pistols, I am determined to get better and better and hopefully start using a kettlebell for this exercise eventually.

go to site The exercises today cover all parts of the leg, inner thigh with Sumo Squats, the rest of the quads with the Close Squats, Lunge Jumps and Pistols, calves with the Skipping and Hamstring Curls. I’m sure I will feel the workout more tomorrow :/ didnt do my homework gif The Workout

Here are the exercises that make up one round. Try to complete 3 rounds.

  1. Skipping x 100 reps (4×25 reps of different paces)
  2. Sumo Squats x 20 reps
  3. Single-leg, Hamstring Curls using Swiss ball x 20 reps (10 each leg)
  4. Lunge Jumps x 20 reps
  5. Close Squats x 20 reps
  6. Pistols x 10 reps (5 each leg)

If you haven’t mastered the Pistol then you can just do a partial movement or swap to a single-leg deadlift.

Remember though, it’s good to push the boundaries as you may surprise yourself.
