Time to Get Glutes | A Booty for Life! Membership Site Launch
Over the past 3 months, I have kept this project to myself and it’s been killing me not shouting it from the roof-tops.
**DISCLAIMER: Any regular readers know that Bret, Kellie, and I are a fun-loving group. We work to inspire, inform, and encourage our followers through our blogs and other resources both on and offline. Below, is a quirky ad, yes. But, it’s light-hearted and was a hoot to write considering that we were all so heavily engrossed in the building of this site for so many months.
Bret came to Kellie and I with this idea. We were both on-board right away because we wanted a space for women to come that offered unique workouts with their bodies in mind. Kellie and I have both struggled with weight issues and felt that there were no answers. We learned through the years that we can achieve anything we put our minds to, and transformed our bodies, confidence, and minds using much of what is taught in these videos. We want nothing more than our readers to experience the same.
So, I hope you get a good chuckle out of this because it was written with that in mind. And I hope you realize that in spite of the silliness, we truly designed this program to help you succeed in your goals. If you have questions about the program, feel free to add them to the comments section. Also check out this post that may have some answers for you.
** Drumroll for the sales page **

Just signed up and am totally excited!
“Bret Contreras, Kellie Davis, and Marianne Kane—three of the most sought after glute-building experts in the industry—created GetGlutes.com, an exclusive booty-sculpting system with your body in mind.”
What the hell lol.. I hope that your clients can see how this advertisement is as low as any topshop commercial. Self proclaimed facts fulfilled with rainbows. I am sure the program works though & i hope you find a lot of stupid people with a lot of money to make you wealthy… who are unable to realize themselves (or just google), with squatting, deadlifting and proper diet, they’d get their dream butt.
Thank you! You have just helped illustrate how misinformed people are about building great glutes. And by great, I mean function AND aesthetics.
As a responsible trainer, I actively discourage people from just searching Google and picking anything to do, without a proper structure –> Furthermore, the information that ranks highest in Google are often bought positions anyway and often content-farms looking for a bunch of money to make them wealthy by writing incomplete articles with out of date information. If the best information was easy to come by, then no trainer would have a job!
I hardly think 3 coaches charging for their personal services/time to deliver a great program is a problem. The only stupidity I see is when people try to bash us from trying to offer a programs every month for a fraction of the price it would cost to train with us individually.
No Topshop Skinny jeans for our ladies —> too many strong curves
That’s all there is to it FabAb? Just put a bar in their hands or on their back and have them pull or squat? Gee, I guess I shouldn’t spend all this time researching EMG and hip extension torque curves, or learning the subdivisions of the glutes, etc. And I wonder why my glute squad achieved such great results when they came to me – they were squatting and deadlifting and yet their glutes improved dramatically. I have pictures to prove it. Imagine that?!
Hi FabAb, actually the problem is not what Bret, Kellie and Marianne (in strict alphabetical order) have written in their ad, but the fact that so many “so called trainers” (trainers who reached a vast success by showing their butts rather than actually training them and their clients’) are flooding the Internet with their extremely commercial ads and just as commercial programs.
The “real” problem, in my opinion, is the over-presence of this BS fitness, which is being detrimental to the image of professional fitness.
FabAb— I can say since i’ve started following Marianne, performing her workouts, and through Marianne, following the workouts and advice of Bret, Kellie.. That I have nothing but Positive feedback! My body (& mind) has changed tremendously, and my glutes can attest to that! Thank You guys!
What they have to offer is ligit! The investment of the membership is definately worth it in my eyes! They are knowledgeable, educated, amazing individuals and they walk the walk! I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.
Maybe you should follow them for a month or two and then judge. In the end, it is ultimately YOU who has to do the work to see the results.
I am forever thankful for these guys! I only with they lived in Wisconsin!
FabAb,
Marianne, Bret and Kellie are professional, responsible, committed people. All three work on our behalf, offering skillful workouts, designed for results, all while walking there own personal walks. There are many websites that offer quick, easy results, but not these three people. These three know how tough it is to remain focused and centered in a healthy approach to fitness. Given all this, horn tooting is acceptable. I am sorry you feel the need to lash out without giving them a chance.
I guess I could google it and do it on my own, but that doesn’t work for me. If it works for other people — then fine. I like the structure of a studio and I also like having my form corrected by an objective observer. Plus it is fun to be part of something.
I get a kick out of other other people that take a superior attitude because they have success on their own. More power to them… whatever.
I’m sure genetics are heavily involved, but a healthy muscular “flat ass” always looks better than an out-of-shape “flat ass”.
Different strokes for different folks I guess.
I don’t spend a lot of time wondering what people think of my butt, but I do have to say that following a lot of Marianne’s workouts and reading and watching kellie and Bret, I have learned a lot about having strong glutes and hamstrings, It has helped me in competitive sailing and even yoga which I practice often.
i really wish you guys travelled and did seminars.
congratulations guys
Be careful what you wish for, Mickela! I’m being drawn to the States again … travel bug is back!
Bring it Marianne
Hi. I would love to subscribe but I would like to know if these workouts can be done at home or they designed to be done at the gym?
hey, they can be done at home or the gym. The only thing I would say is that the pivotal point is on progressive overload. For that reason we offer advice on home gym equipment to allow you to get the most from the program. A little investment will go a long way, without paying a gym membership. Because a lot of our readers do train at home, we have offered modifications for the exercises so you can still benefit from the workouts no matter what equipment you have
Hi Marianne- Just saw all of these comments. I believe that our regular followers know us well enough to realize we are a light-hearted fun group of people. It seems only those who don’t know us came out to comment about “gimmicky” sales tactics. Totally unexpected. I think our followers know how dedicated we are to improve the lives of others. We’ve offered great resources over the years and aren’t hard-noses sales persons by any means. I’m sorry that those who don’t see this about the three of us felt the need to comment on your blog–as your blog is always filled with such positive energy and support.
Sounds appealing, just reading eleni comment, what sort of equipment will be required may I ask?
Hey Rach,
You can use any equipment that you have available – Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbell, even Sandbags. The only thing I will stress is that the weights need to always be challenging in a lower rep range (sometimes as low as 5 reps). This means that you need to be prepared to progressively increase the weight as you get stronger. The program is based on building strong curves – without progressive overload, it won’t be nearly as effective for you
Please remember you can cancel your membership at any time, so there’s not real harm in trying the program for a while to see if it is something that is sustainable for you.
Hope to see you there!
okay thanks Marianne.
Hi, I am unable to access the Get Glutes site….do I have to become a member first?? I am very interested in learning more about this program and think I would like to sign up!thanks!
Emily
Hi Emily,
The site is back up now
But you will have to become a member to access the workouts and articles. If you head to the site and spend a little time reading about what you get each month, that should answer most of your questions. You are not tied in, so you can join for any number of months and then cancel if it’s not what you’re looking for. I think most women would benefit massively from this type of training and I am so honored to be able to work as part of such a great team to bring you best workouts with your curves in mind.
Hope to see you at Get Glutes!
Thanks Marianne ! I will check it out!:)
