The weather is beautiful here, it must be 26 degrees, so I wanted to make the most of it. Just a short post today, but a great full body workout, mainly cardio. Don’t mind the milk bottles (my legs LOL)!
This workout consists of 2 rounds of 8 exercises. It’s interval training, so I set my Gymboss miniMAX Interval Timer for 16 cycles of 20 seconds rest and 40 seconds MAX effort.
This workout is perfect for burning fat!

The 8 exercises are :
- 2-handed KB Swings
- Diagonal Knee Tucks
- Single KB Snatches (right)
- Single KB Snatches (left)
- Plank Climbers
- Double KB High Pulls
- Pike Push Ups
Not very happy with my left snatches today, very weak form, will have to practice more. Other than that, I think it went well.
Now I’m going to soak up some rays 🙂
