Quick Burn Kettlebell Workout

Hi Everyone,

This is the first exercise installment and it will provide a short but intensive burn. The aim is to complete 3 rounds of the following 5 exercises as quickly as possible:

The Workout

Exercises:

1. Skipping (various): x30 (total)
2. Alt. KB Swing: x30 (total)
3. Snatch (right then left): x15 reps (each side)
4. Single-leg DL (right and left): x15 reps (each side)
5. Bench Dips: x15 reps
