New Training Services Page | Online Personal Training

Hey everyone,

This is just a quick bulletin to draw your attention to the launch of the Training Service Page.  You will see there is one service yet to be commenced. This will be up asap, as I figure out my schedule. But I am excited that the Online Individual Exercise Coaching is up at last! I feel a lot of my readers will benefit from this.

Looking forward to getting started with it.

Thank you all for your patience :)

This is awesome!! I can’t wait!

Marianne..Does this mean that you will no longer be posting daily workouts for your regular viewers and those who can’t really afford to pay? I am assuming that you will have less time on your hands.

    Thanks
    JULISSA

    • Not at all Julissa!! This is an additional option for people who want Online Programming and Coaching, which is personalised for them and they have more direct communication with me. I want to help people by offering individual exercise coaching at a good rate, so that I can eventually giving my site more attention and time. Right now, I still have to work as a nurse mostly, but I would love to cut those hours to focus on Training people, both on the ground and online – but also doing my workouts.

Right now my workouts are scarce because I haven’t been training as much (with my SI Pain, which is still flared up off and on), but please don’t fret about my free material :) I always promised that would always be free. I never did do daily workouts, but try to upload 2 or 3 posts per week, including 1 or 2 workouts. I hope to have time for more workouts, once I feel better :)

This community means the world to me, so I never want to offend anyone, or disappoint, but I do want to have more time dedicated to this work in the future – it’s what I love doing the most!

  3. Hi Marianne
I owe you a big thankyou to you and your videos in which truly inspire me to work out every morning. I have lost 15 kg’s since Xmas, and only wish I took before and after photos now.

I love working out with kettlebells and thought I would get into them proplerly this year. I read your articles and videos to motivate me in which they have not only done that but given me back the ‘old’ me.

A big THANKS to you and your dedication

    Cheers

    Craig

Wow Marianne, that is great! Exactly what I had wished for! Kettlebell swings, cleans and windmills, here I am! I bet you will be flooded with demands…
    Thank you Marianne!
    A bientôt et bisous!

    Hi Marianne,
I hope you won’t push yourself too hard doing everything. I know, we all know, you’re dedicated and more than courageous, but I wouldn’t like to hear you’ve been ruining your health… Alors prends soin de toi.
    Bisous

    • Thank you for your concern :) There are certain things I want to make time for. This way, I must organise my day better … so it will be a good thing ;)

  6. Ooh, that sound very interesting! I was at a KB-workshop this weekend but I felt that there wasn’t enough focus on good form in all different exercises we went through because of lack of time, so this would be perfect.

    • Thanks Marie. That’s a real shame, when a workshop doesn’t have a good grasp on form! Perhaps they need to reduce the amount of exercises they include and focus on the Basics for KB lifting; Deadlift, Plank, Swing, Squat, Clean and Press, and Snatch. Out of interest, whose workshop was it?

  7. Hey Marianne,

What a great idea. Due to many things; work, injury worries, “issues”(!) lol etc, I’ve not trained for a week and not as regularly as I’ve wanted for quite a while longer. That said I’ve set my “barn gym” up again and practised my front squats this evening – a rep or so at levels up to 85%BW – and felt surprisingly good. That was a real confidence booster and I would really value your help with my form, so expect another clip of the dusty old barn with the animals in the background! LOL :)

And thanks as always for your inspiration. It’s awesome that you really value your community.

    Niko

    • Sorry to hear you were injured :( and stressed! Look only to those things that make you feel good and abundant in your life. Focus on that energy and more will come! :)

Good to hear from you Niko!

  8. Hi Marianne, i would like to get bigger and rounder butt. I do deadlifts and lunges with weights but i can`t see any results.. i am not sure if it isn`t enough to make my butt better.. and what should i eat to see results faster? thank you in advance :D

    • Ana, one of the best exercises for increasing Glute roundness is the Glute Bridge/Hip Thrust along with your squats, lunges and Deadlifts Check out the Tutorial HERE.

  9. Fantastic! Wish you the best on this path. It’s great to see you slowly carving out a monetary income from something you’re passionate about. Sure there are plenty of other trainers out there, but to strive for passive income using your knowledge is what many neglect to do.

    Stay Strong!
