The things I pride myself on most is attention to detail and doing the best I possibly can for my clients. I am very privileged to have been taught by one of the best Coaches in the Fitness Industry ( Bret Contreras). And I work as part of the Program-building Coaching Team at Get Glutes (with Bret and Kellie Davis) I have had many requests to build Programs, so I have put a lot of effort in to fine-tuning this approach (adding my own twist of course ). For some people, that is all you will need; a structure or template to follow. For others, you might require a little more Coaching and even Diet Advice.
As an effort to deliver a complete Coaching Package, I want to be able to offer you everything I possibly can to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This means that within the Coaching Packages you have my full attention for the duration of your program to help you along the way!
Let’s Break it Down – What do you get?
There are 3 options depending on your individual needs. You can decide which level will bring you the most value:
1) A Tailor-made 3 Phase Program:
We will first discuss your fitness goals and, after you complete my basic movement pattern assessment, I will draw up a Three-Phase personalized program tailored for your needs.
Within this package you have weekly email communication with me. This might be to discuss any training-related questions, or simply get a little motivation boost. While I will provide reliable links to any exercises you are unsure of, I would advise this option for people who are proficient at exercise technique (intermediate level or above). In addition I am happy to receive video clips if you wish me to assess your exercise technique through the program.
2) “The Whole Hog” | Program, Diet Advice, Skype Coaching:
Go the Whole Hog and take your Health and Fitness by the Horns!
We will first discuss your fitness goals and, after you complete my basic movement pattern assessment, I will draw up a Three-Phase personalized program tailored for your needs. Every 4 weeks you will received a carefully progressed program based on your previous phase’s performance and preferences to get you closer to your fitness goal.
Also included in this package: – Full email support (you email me any time: ask questions, send me videos to critique form, share your successes)! Plus weekly One-to-One 30-45 minute Personal Training Session via Skype (for exercise critique, personalized workout sessions, and mainly to chat with me for support and advice). I also give basic diet advice and support.
Essentially, I am there every step of the way! This option is great if you have found yourself in a rut for a while, or you really don’t have the support you need in your area.
3) Skype Consultations:
If you feel you need a more interactive service then simply book a consultations with me. Perhaps you simply want some critique on your form, ask me some questions, reach out for some support during your fitness journey.
*Please declare any medical condition or medication you are taking to me before we begin. Being a Registered Nurse, I am accountable for any advice I give here – I need to be aware of any possible contraindications so I can look out for your best interests. But as I said, my approach is very simple and mostly people just need support, someone to talk to and ask questions.
