This is Andrew’s blog where he not only provides information about his Kettlebell Classes and Personal Training Service, but also has great information on sports nutrition, nutrition for weight loss, building muscle and recommended exercises.  Andrew has 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry and he remains as passionate as ever about helping people to achieve their goals.

Wolverson Fitness is where we get our Kettlebells as they have completely smooth handles, longer handle allowing a better rack and grip position (not on the wrist like many kettlebells I have seen in gyms), they are great value for money and they are all colour coded.  Wolverson also sell many great pieces of training equipment, and CrossFit, for specialised strength and conditioning enthusiates.  We have a great professional relationship with Wolverson which proved they are at the top of their game in customer service. Providing excellent functional equipment AND great customer care, is a winning combination in my book. That’s why they are here in my list.

James Nesbitt is the freelance web designer who Andrew and I got our logos designed by. We have been using James for other website adjustments. He is very efficient and offers very competitive prices. James is also responsible for the amazing customisation of my YouTube Channel. Melissa from FitMiss.tv is the American version of me We both share similar motivations and passions for providing people with realistic goals, FREE workouts and much more.  She fits all this in around a busy schedule of Home-schooling her 3 children. She has a warm, down-to-earth personality and give great advice and motivation to many.

Coconoil is great quality coconut oil that I use for EVERYTHING! It’s good value and they will ship to Europe, UK and Ireland.  Excellent taste, highly recommended. You will see that many of my recipes include Coconoil. Coconut oil has many health benefits and provides nutritional support to many top athletes throughout the world.
