Hi Marianne! You’re a great physical condition! is very nice to watching your balance videos:-) I myself am a middle-aged man here from Finland I found this on your blog and I decided to write.
I would like to ask you! How to relax the body after intense exercise? I am self-employed nail factory, and I do physical work 8 hours a day;-)My job requires stomach and triceps muscles in a lot of.Also, my fingers exposed to heavy exertion every day!
It would be nice to get an expert Relaxation tips or advice!Or have you relaxing your blog to see the video even if in the future?
